Black Forest Oats

Ingredients

Cherries and berries sugar free double concentrate cordial (Asda and Tesco have a great version of these!)
1/2 to 1 cup of oats or you usual serving amount
1-1 1/2 scoops of Chocolate MyoFusion or IntraPro
1 good handful of Black Cherries (frozen or fresh) but pitted

 

Method
 
Put your oats and cherries into a microwave safe bowl and cover the oats with the cherries and berries double concentrate cordial, mix instead of water (note: You should dilute this to 1 part cordial to 5 parts water. Do this to your taste) You will need to use more liquid than usual as you have the protein powder to mix in at the end. Microwave until your oats are soft and to the texture you desire. Making sure there is plenty water left, looking almost like a soup with oats. I cannot give timing as the different variations of microwaves these days, but your usual time is fine!

 
Add your Chocolate MyoFusion or IntraPro and stir well until all the powder has mixed in. If you find this is still a little stiff just add a little boiling water and stir until you get the consistency you like!

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal 

Ingredients

 
Apple Sugar Free Cordial (Asda and Tesco have a great version of these!)
1/2 to 1 cup of oats or you usual serving amount
Touch of Cinnamon
1 Tsp Splenda (Optional Extra!)
Small Handful of Raisins ( Optional Extra!!)

Method
 
Put your oats into a microwave safe bowl and cover the oats with the apple cordial instead of water (Note: You may want to add a little water although not necessary! However if you get the Double Concentrate you will definitely need to dilute slightly! Do this to your taste) Microwave until your oats are soft and to the texture you desire. I cannot give timing as the different variations of microwaves these days, but your usual time is fine!

 
Add your cinnamon and raisins and Splenda if using and there have you have Apple Cinnamon Oats.
