Frankie first started training in 2015 when her husband was posted to Afghanistan to try and keep herself busy. After entering the gym she automatically fell in love with it.

Since then Frankie has competed 9 times, on both national and international stages. Her first competition was the UKBFF Nationals in 2015 where she placed 4th. This then gave Frankie the confidence to try and get a UKBFF British Finals invite. She went on to compete at the South Coast qualifier two weeks later where she got that invite to the finals, which then pushed Frankie again to get those invites to compete internationally at the Arnolds Madrid and Amateur Olympia. She got those invites when she placed 1st at the Scottish Grand Prix. Competing at the Arnold in Madrid, she narrowly missed on a trophy, taking 7th place on a tough line up of bikini girls.

Frankie has taken a year out of the sport after placing 5th when moving from the Junior category to height classes, to improve on her physique and bring in her in to where she need to be. She stepped on stage at the 2017 UKBFF Nationals, placing 2nd and qualifying for the Arnolds Barcelona and UKBFF British.

Frankie works full time as a nurse, which includes a lot of shift work. She is also studying for he Masters in Aesthetic Medicine and has 3 Labradors to look after which sometimes means things can get hectic with training also.

Frankie's goals for 2017 are to achieve Top 10 at the Arnold Barcelona and Top 5 at the UKBFF British Finals.
