Can I cancel an order after I've placed it?
You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it. Contact Customer Service (info@bodytemple.co.uk) with your order number and request to cancel. They will be able to confirm if the order has already shipped, or if the cancellation can be made. If it's too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel your order. You can return your order to us once you've received it. When you place an order with Gaspari Nutrition, the funds are reserved for us - we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we don't take the money however it may take up to 5 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
I'm missing an item from my order what do I do?
If you’re missing an item, please contact our Customer Care team (info@bodytemple.co.uk) with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
  • In certain situations, for example your order has had to be packed in more than one box, we may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
Can I return item for an exchange instead of a refund?
All UK Customers Customer Service processes all returns of unopened product. Contact them at (info@bodytemple.co.uk) referencing your order number for expedited service.
  • Your product must be unopened as we can’t offer exchanges for items that have been opened.
  • You can return your item for an exchange within 28 days, as long as the new item is the same size as the original product you ordered.
  • If you want to exchange for a different flavour or colour, the price of both flavours or colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.
If the item is out of stock in the size, flavour or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead. If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. When you return your order, just pop your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:
  • Your order number
  • Which items you’d like exchanged or refunded
  • The new flavour or colour you’d like of the items to be exchanged
If you haven’t indicated on your returns note that you’d like an item exchanged or the new size or colour required, then we’ll automatically issue a refund for the returned item. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've received your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items. If an item is out of stock we’ll let you know we couldn’t exchange it and issue a refund instead. If an exchange is available, we’ll drop you another email once your new item has left our warehouse. Any exchanged items will be sent to the default delivery address on your account using the same delivery service as your original order. If we’ve refunded you for any items, the funds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank/card issuer.
What do I do if I'm not happy with my order?
Unfortunately, empty tubs or used items cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.
What do I do if my order has been damaged?
We want to resolve any issues with damaged items without any delay. As soon as you’ve found an item has been damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care Team (info@bodytemple.co.uk) with the following information
  • The order no
  • A brief description of the damage
  • A photo of the damaged item
Once received, we'll get back to you as soon as we can and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Can you help me with my promo code?
If you have a Coupon or Promo code you can redeem it in the shopping cart, once you’ve added an item. Just enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the 'Promo code box” and click “Apply Coupon”
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer. When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your preferred payment methods to pay for your order.
How do I use my Gift Voucher to pay for an order?
Once a gift voucher has been added to your account, it can’t be transferred to another account. You have 12 months to spend the whole amount of your gift voucher although you don’t have to spend it all at once. If you don't spend your voucher within 12 months and it expires, just get in touch with our Customer Care Team. When you want to buy something using your gift voucher, simply enter your coupon code in the checkout box and it will redeem the amount against your purchase. As long as the Gift Voucher covers the entire cost of the order, you won't need to use your card to pay any balances. If you’re spending more than the value of your gift voucher, you’ll need to pay the extra using PayPal or a credit or debit card in the usual way. Please note, the balance must be $1 or over for the additional payment to be completed on your card. If you’re spending less than the value of your gift voucher, the credit will stay on your account for you to spend later, you’ll need to spend it before the expiry date of the gift voucher.
How do I use PayPal to pay for my order?
To pay with PayPal, you'll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. Once you've done this, just select the pay by PayPal option and you’ll be guided through the steps to complete your purchase using PayPal as your payment method Why pay with PayPal?
  • It's safer: shop at thousands of websites without sharing your financial details.
  • It's faster: with no need to type in your card details, you can check out in a few clicks.
  • It's easier: all you need is an email address and password to pay online.
When will my account be charged for my order?
If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and you’ll be notified during the checkout process that your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment. In this instance please contact your bank or card issuer directly.
What happens if my credit or debit card is declined?
If your card is declined contact your bank or credit card company for more information. You may also try an alternative payment method.


Do you ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
Unfortunately, we don't ship to these addresses as we are unable to obtain a signature to confirm receipt.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes
We don't ship to PO Boxes as we are unable to obtain a signature to confirm receipt.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived
If your order hasn’t arrived and it’s past your estimated delivery date in your Order Confirmation email – please contact the shipping carrier directly for information on the status of your delivery. The tracking link provided in your delivery email and account area will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order. If there is a dispute, or your item appears lost, or your order is not traceable by your carrier please contact Customer Services (info@bodytemple.co.uk) so a lost package claim may be filed on your behalf.
What's my order tracking number
If your order has been sent to you using a traceable service, you can follow its journey to you by clicking the link. Once your item has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse which will have an order tracking link. To track your order simply click on this tracking link to view the up to date tracking results. Alternatively, if you prefer simply enter the tracking no into the carrier’s website and the tracking results will appear.


How do I change my password?
You may change your password by logging into “My Account” page and clicking on the Password Link to update.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, select “Forgot Password” link on the login screen. Simply enter your email address and you will receive email confirmation to enable you to reset your password.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, select the Create an Account link during checkout. You will be prompted to select and username and password, as well as enter your contact information. Your account will then be activated, and you will receive confirmation at the email address you registered with.
Am I required to create an account to make a purchase?
You don't have to create an account to purchase on our site, you may complete a transaction as a guest. A key benefit of creating an account means that you will be notified of "members only" special offers and events, be able to view your order history and duplicate a previous order on your next visit to the website and much more.

Stock and Inventory

How do I check to see if an item is in-stock?
An item will read OUT OF STOCK if it is currently unavailable.
What happens if a product I want is on backorder?
We do not allow purchases on backordered items, but you may request to receive an email when the product is back in stock.
If a product I ordered is discontinued, what happens?
We will fulfill all orders on discontinued products until our stock is depleted. At that time, it will be removed from the website and no longer available for sale.
Can I order a product that you don't have on your site?
All in stock products and merchandise are listed on the webpage for purchase.

I have an unauthorized charge on my account; what do I do?
Contact your credit card company if you believe there is an unauthorized charge on your account.
Do you share or exchange customer information?

Will I get any unsolicited email if I order?
We give you the option to opt-out of Gaspari’s newsletter upon checkout, but you will not receive additional solicitation if you choose to opt-out.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product that has not been opened?

Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?
There is a restocking fee of 15% for returns.
If I do not like my results, can I return the empty bottle?
Unfortunately empty bottles cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product submit proof of purchase and proof of damage to (info@bodytemple.co.uk) along with your order number.
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive an incorrect product, contact Customer Service to begin the reshipping process of the correct product.
What if my clothing item does not fit?
We are only able to accept merchandise returns on unopened apparel. To ensure fit, check the size charts available for each product prior to ordering.
When will I receive my refund?
A refund will be credited to the original form of payment within two billing cycles.
